Hi, I'm Aditya and I'm working with Dr. Amato and the Group Behaviors group starting this summer. I'm interested in robotics and intelligent systems, especially behavior-based robotics. I'm excited by the idea of autonomous or semi-autonomous robots carrying out tasks efficiently and intelligently, with little human supervision. I also wonder about how society will evolve to incorporate robots.
This summer I'll be familiarizing myself with the software and the code that the GB group uses, so that I can do a senior-year thesis in the Fall and Spring. Right now I will work on creating efficient and effective strategies for multiple agents to search obstacle-filled spaces.
